Actual size of Andromeda in our sky

Trillion-star Andromeda is 2.5 million light years away, so ordinarily only the bright core is visible to the naked eye as a fuzzy looking star. If we enhance its brightness however, this is what you'd see in the sky (moon added to give scale) pic.twitter.com/rrRLXEpBtH
