Vote tabulators in Canada

2/2 The good news is in Canada all ballots are hand-marked.

The bad news is in Canada municipalities already have, and provinces increasingly have, computer ballot counting ("vote tabulators") without any risk-limiting audit (RLA) to test the count of the hand-marked ballots.
