Absolutely beautiful video created using still images taken by the Cassini spacecraft during its flyby of Jupiter and while at Saturn. Shown is Io and Europa over Jupiter's Great Red Spot and then Titan as it passes over Saturn and it's edge-on rings. NASA/JPL/Kevin M. Gill pic.twitter.com/BWaVP5h6Ob

Flyby de New Horizons le premier janvier 2019.

Just what is #UltimaThule?

B) A Kuiper belt object
C) The Jan. 1 flyby target for @NASANewHorizons
If you picked "all of the above," well done! 🌟 Send us #askNASA questions now on Facebook Live: https://t.co/KKGXt7aMeg pic.twitter.com/rWia1yH6Fm

FUN FACT:

On February 2006 a very peculiar Satellite was launched from the ISS. SuitSat was an empty spacecuit that belonged to a retired Russian astronaut with a radio transmitter mounted on its helmet. It stayed in orbit for 7 months before re-entering the Earth's atmosphere. pic.twitter.com/tfk7STyTpI

Mars’ Olympus Mons

Mars' Olympus Mons, the tallest known volcano in the solar system, has such a gradual slope that someone standing at the base couldn't see the summit because it's beyond the horizon. pic.twitter.com/cKjWpKGhIR
