So, for all who are asking whether I "drew" the now-infamous "Mars penis" — the answer is, maybe. I no longer have access to the data I’d need to answer that question definitively, but the image is from a mosaic taken around sol A-58, making me one of the two very likely candidates.
I sure as hell hope I did, though. Because that’s hilarious. Needless to say, it wouldn’t have been on purpose. But it’s still hilarious.

(Update: further confirmation from the inside, thanks to +Fred Calef III. I was apparently not the primary author of the drive sequence, but I did contribute to its development. I’m going to claim that this was my contribution until proven otherwise. 😉

Entendu la premiere fois a CFOU (radio de l’UQTR a Trois-Rivieres). Mes enfants se demandaient pourquoi je riais dans l’auto. Je leur ai dit qu’ils comprendraient un jour…. peut-etre… s’ils etaient aussi geek que leur pere 😉
